2025年11月20-21日，IEBR2025一带一路国际教育大会暨来华留学招生合作会议于苏州香格里拉大酒店成功举办。本次大会由南京环途教育科技有限公司主办，共有60余所中国高校和来自印度尼西亚，俄罗斯，泰国，柬埔寨，老挝，蒙古等国的高中校长参与会谈，就来华留学招生，长短期项目，校际合作等方面进行了热烈讨论。

From November 20th to 21st, 2025, the IEBR2025 Belt and Road International Education Conference and the International Student Recruitment Cooperation Meeting were successfully held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou. Hosted by Nanjing Huantu Education Technology Co., Ltd（MYSTUDYCHINA）., the conference brought together over 60 Chinese universities and high school principals from Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, and other countries to discuss international student recruitment, long-term and short-term programs, and inter-school cooperation.

中外嘉宾陆续签到，领取嘉宾礼袋，并在logo墙上签下学校名字和对未来中外双方合作的美好祝愿。

Chinese and foreign guests signed in one after another, received guest gift bags, and signed the school's name and their best wishes for future cooperation between China and foreign parties on the logo wall.

   开幕式上，环途教育来华留学事业部沈潇女士表示，今年IEBR来到中国最强地级市--苏州，让各位海外院校的领导充分感受中国的悠久历史，深厚文化，并且体会到当今中国经济的快速发展。2026是来华留学具有转折性的一年，csca考试的增加是难度的增加，也是筛选优质生源的重要手段。在这个时候，中外双方的会面显得愈加重要，通过两天的深入交谈，各位海外基地的老师们可以将最新的招生信息传递给学生，帮助学生们更好的适应新变化。

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Shen Xiao ,the director of Huantu Education(MYSTUDYCHINA) stated that this year, IEBR came to Suzhou, China's strongest prefecture-level city, allowing leaders from overseas institutions to fully experience China's long history, profound culture, and the rapid economic development of contemporary China. 2026 is a pivotal year for studying in China; the addition of the CSCA exam increases the difficulty but also serves as a crucial means of selecting high-quality students. At this time, the meeting between Chinese and international representatives is even more important. Through two days of in-depth discussions, teachers from overseas bases can convey the latest admissions information to students, helping them better adapt to the new changes.

从2018年起，环途教育开始招募基地合作教师，以点带面，逐步建立不同国家的招生基地。以学校为支点，向更多的地区推广中国大学招生政策，以合理的价格帮助更多优秀的学子来中国留学。而每年举行一次的IEBR一带一路国际教育大会，给每年为中国高校辛苦推荐学生的老师们一个走进校园的机会，也给新了加入环途教育生源基地的老师一个了解中国高校的机会。

Since 2018, MYSTUDYCHINA start to have agreement with high schools in different countries and gradually establishing cooperation center in different countries. Using schools as a base, it promotes Chinese university admission policies to more regions, helping more outstanding students study in China at reasonable prices. The annual IEBR Belt and Road International Education Conference provides teachers who diligently recommend students to Chinese universities with an opportunity to visit campuses, and also gives new teachers joining MYSTUDYCHINA a chance to learn about Chinese universities.

At the opening ceremony, high school principals from Russia, representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Education, and representatives from the Cambodian Ministry of Education delivered keynote speeches on studying in China. Their speeches were authentic and practical, providing valuable reference data for the representatives from Chinese universities.

开幕式后，主会场会谈正式开始，20日的会谈上，中方院校在各自的会谈桌前，等待外宾前来一一会谈，老师们通过宣传册，ppt,视频等方式，详细介绍本校2026年招生政策和优势，海外嘉宾认真做着笔记，看似一场小小的会谈，却可能是改变一个学生命运的开始。环途教育秉持“让每个人都有机会接受高等教育”的理念，深耕一带一路沿线教育资源，紧跟国家脚步，做有温度，有深度的来华留学。

Following the opening ceremony, the main venue talks officially began. On the 20th, Chinese universities waited at their respective tables for their foreign guests to arrive for individual discussions. Teachers used brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and videos to detail their universities' 2026 admissions policies and advantages. The overseas guests took careful notes. What may seem like a small meeting could be the beginning of a life-changing experience for a student. MYSTUDYCHINA, adhering to the philosophy of "making higher education possible to everyone," deeply cultivates educational resources along the Belt and Road Initiative, closely follows national development trends, and provides warm and insightful services for studying in China.

    下午17时30分，经过为期一天的交流，哈尔滨工程大学刘院长作为代表，与来自柬埔寨国际高中API SCHOOL校长签订了生源地招生合作协议，签约仪式上，院长赠予哈尔滨工程大学校旗，双方合影留念，双方对未来的合作充满期待。环途教育期待更多中国高校加入每年一次的招生基地协议签约活动，拓展更多来自一带一路国家的优质基地合作伙伴。

At 5:30 PM, after a day of exchanges, Dean Liu of Harbin Engineering University, on behalf of the university, signed a student recruitment cooperation agreement with the principal of API SCHOOL, an international high school in Cambodia. During the signing ceremony, the Dean presented Harbin Engineering University with its university flag, and both sides took a group photo. Both expressed their high expectations for future cooperation. HuanTu Education hopes that more Chinese universities will join the annual student recruitment base agreement signing event, expanding its network of high-quality base partners from Belt and Road countries.

11月21日上午，会谈形式发生改变，29个海外院校坐在会议桌前，中国高校代表自由选择想要继续深入会谈的校长进行交流。

On the morning of November 21, the format of the meeting changed. Representatives from 29 overseas schools sat at the conference table, and Chinese university representatives freely chose which university presidents they wanted to engage in further discussions with.

At the closing ceremony of the conference, Huantu Education issued the 2026 Base Cooperation Authorization Letter to all base partner institutions, thanking all teachers for their outstanding contributions to studying in China. Every year, a new batch of base institutions will join the Huantu Education Belt and Road University Alliance. They are the blood that continuously promotes the development of Chinese universities' enrollment of international students in China, and they are also the bridge builders of education and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries!

Meetings are limited, but cooperation is unlimited.
